REGISTRATION

This first step of registration does not require any payment. The payment should be done within 14 days after registration date. 
All regular participants, students, exhibitors, sponsors and accompanying persons are requested to register on line.

If your payment is not received before the deadline (16 June 2016) you will be able to pay on site. Then the registration fee is about 50 Euros more. The registration fee will cover organization, conference materials, meals (4 lunches, coffee breaks), social events - Welcome Party, tour around Zakopane, Barbecue, Gala Dinner. All participants are welcome at the Welcome Party and are entitled to lunch every week day. Regular participants and accompanying persons are invited to the conference dinner.
A cultural and tourist program will be orginized for accompanying persons.
 
*Students are required to send by e-mail a copy of studentship certificate.
**Fee for Accompanying person includes only meals, Welcome party, tour around Zakopane, Barbecue, Gala Dinner. 

Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel costs.
 
Invoice
If one needs to receive the invoice for his payment, please provide detailed information on himself and his institution (full participant's name, institution name and address as well as its VAT number) in registration form. 

Resignation
In the case of resignation before March 1, 2016 the Organizers will return the full payment – if already made - reduced by all the transfer costs. If the notification on resignation will be made after March 1, 2016 but before May 15, 2016 (midnight), the Organizers will return 50% of the made payment additionally reduced by all the transfer costs. No reimbursements will be possible in the case of resignations on which the Organizers will be informed after May 15, 2016.
